 The Mathmos Space Projector projects light through a rotating wheel containing coloured oil, which, as the oil warms up frpm the heat of the lamp, gives you 'constantly moving chaotic images' - psychedelic, man.

The projector itself is pretty stylish so I wanted to capture both it and the coloured light it projected. After much faffing with angles, the only way I could do this was by pointing it at a mirror, which reflected the image onto the wall behind the lamp.

It has several different colour wheels but this one was the most colourful. Only basic PS edits - increased sat & contrast a little, USM.
