Mmmmmmm, sugar-coated strawberries are popular. This one's very nicely done with good DOF and rich colours. Would have been neat if the bottom leaf had been in the photo too, but I'm guessing it's hiding a toothpick. Maybe next time try a black-painted toothpick?

It may sound kinda nitpicky but Ive seen better looking types of sugar used, more crystaline in appearance, although your composition is inarguably good.
