Fits The Challenge-Yes
Composition- Beautiful, stunning
Background- Perfect
My Opinion-Very dreamy, moody and a little bit spooky. I like night shots and admire this one. I doubt the focus could of been any better then it is. This was well done and really captured the spirit if not the very mood of the challenge.

very neat. looks a bit grainy - were light levels adjusted in post processing rather than taking multiple shots at different shutter speeds?

The gloom is very evident here. However, the intensity is destroyed by the lack of focus.

Nice. Looks a little noisy in the mist. I'd suggest cropping away a bit of the water and bring the sides in a bit, too.

It is difficult to capture fog so that it looks dreamy rather than muddy. You succeeded well in capturing the dream-like effect.

Nice capture of the fog, and lowlight capture. Some graininess, which is to be expected with lowlight and decreasing the size of the photo. I like the light trails from the one building on the mid left. Cool
