This is a picture of an ant hill at a local park. Unfortunately, the ants wouldn't cooperate and go in or out. They were, however, walking all around the area, just not close enough to be included in the picture. And, yes, I know, the depth of field is to narrow, boy do I miss my slr.

If it has no ants, is it an anthill? I would have liked it better with ants, but I get the feeling that maybe something other than ants lives down that hole.

The foreground blur is just a little too much.

nice idea. Maybe try bringing the focus a little closer and cropping some of the out of focus area in front, or a slightly higher angle.

I think I've seen too many anthills. I'll give you credit for adding interest with the clover sprigs stuck in the hill.

Good use of clovers
