This is a beautiful shot- I love the glossiness of the water and the way you were able to capture the damp graininess of the sand. All of the lines presented in this picture are wonderful as well. Great job!

The water's rippling looks so soft and beautiful in this picture. The colors also go well, and the leading line of sand to the log is very, very good. The disturbances in the sand also seem natural, are are not so much that they throw the observer off. A really beautiful image.

I like this a lot: the juxtaposition of the granular sand against the soft lapping of the waves is good..the log is a nice touch, too.
