Interesting treatment of subject. One of the more interesting shots this time around. I like the color and range of tones. I'm not sure about the composition however. The horizontal bands are fine, but perhaps the image would be more dynamic if the sharp focus were moved either up or down - Out of the center of the shot. Overall, good work!

Good concept... could have brought the focus more forward and extended the dof

I really like this. The repeated pattern works well. The shallow DOF is interesting. Color's good. I just like it. Among my top picks.

Should have made the front treads in focus. It would have had a better affect.

I think the photo would look a lot better if you just had something more in the picture.

more DOF would be nice. The pattern and perspective is interesting enough, I would like to seem more of it in focus.

Don't know exactly why, but this image works for me on some emotional level. One of my top 10 shots in this challenge.

I like the blurring of the lower and upper part and the small focused section in between. People might say you shoudn't have put that part right in the middle and normally it weakens a photo, but it's not bothering me at all.

Was your macro on? The DOF in this shot is REALLY short, and the shot would have been so much better if it wasn't. Score points for originality.

Very interesting perspective. I wonder what it would have looked like with a little more DOF? Really like the serpentine action created by the center line.
