 This is my first submission. Wasn't sure what to do for "decision" but this little cat and dog drama unfolded before me. I told my terrier to stay when the cat came up behind. I could see him thinking pretty hard about it. Didn't do much but crop the photo and some curves I think. Oh yeah I rotated it 2.00.

Composition of the two animals seems out of balance. Maybe it is the lack of facial detail.

I have to make the same decision everyday, I wish I were a dog so people don't look at me funny when I do it, good luck in the rest fo the challenge.
