 My husband and I were out kicking around today, and we decided to go to the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. Hardly anyone was there, and as we strolled around, we felt like we were walking around in our own little paradise all by ourselves. We sat for a while at this spot and watched a mother duck care for her 8 brand new little baby ducklings, and this big turtle, who we assumed was a mom, sitting with all the other little baby turtles on the log in the middle of the pond. For a while we truly did escape the cares of "real life". Whether or not it's beautiful to anyone else or not, it sure was to us.

I want to go here. Probably like this better with a little more sky that is reflected in the pond. Beautiful area.

Indeed a beautiful pic, love the turtles on the island. Great color and contrast, sharp and peaceful at the same time. Great!

There are so many things about this that are simply stunning...those greens...that grey sky...the water. I'm impressed by the fact that you have made a cloudy day...or at least a partly couldy day image quite "luminous"...very nicely done.
