What wonderful lighting! You made great use of it, too. Very nice macro. Perfect angle to place the lit up grasshopper against the darker part of the back ground.

Nice shallow DOF Justin. It works well here to isolate your subject. Nice lighting as well.

Like the transparency you've captured here. Colors are very good. Composition good. The only real thing to 'pull apart' here, may be the slight grain in the darker areas near the feet, but very minor. Make a nice large print.

Cool shot!! Love the green, though the area round his front legs is praps a little dark. I really like the way the light strikes the hopper and the focus on him is excellent.
