Took this one quickly after climbing back from the beach with the kids, didn't have time to find a better spot as my 16 month old son was heading straight for a big pile of horseshit... I planned to come back on my own but the weather turned bad and stayed bad!
I don't know if it's "framed" enough to fit the challenge, we'll see.. I decided to crop the top to leave just a thin slice of sky in order to make it look more like a top border.
Not much PS, rotated the horizon (0.1 deg, I'm fussy about straight horizon!), a bit of shadow/highlights (30% shadows, 10% highlights and 20% midtone contrast), cloned out a few people, USM, resize and a slight final USM |

| This is a beautiful image though the bay in itself is somewhat of a boring subject. Dont get me wrong, I'm sure it is gorgeous but for now, it is just a brown field of sand that happens to be framed. Too bad there is nothing to make this shot more interesting other than a "pretty bay" at low-tide. Good luck! |
