Greetings from the Critique Club :)
I like the clarity of focus on this shot, but the sepia toning seems to drag the image down a bit. It makes the image very dark and almost bland.
The overal sepia color of the shot also emphasizes the green plant sprouting from the top of the cat's head. Perhaps a different angle on the shot might have solved that particular problem.
Overall, it's a nice shot. Clear and nicely focused. The composition kudos would have to, in all honesty, go to the person who arranged the stuffed cat.

Is this stuffed? That's a disturbing expression there. |

Great pose... the poor thing almost looks stuffed! (Wait a minute... is it? :) Nice color tones, focus is nice; composition and perspective work well. Nicely done! |

Wow, you've frozen this frame so well the bobcat looks like a stuffed one on display. The many tones of brown are amazing here. The only bothersome part is the cactus sticking out of its right ear. |

This guy looks stuffed. Is he a museum exhibit? |

Do stuffed fauna count? Well why not. But it is easier to photograph something already nicely posed and well lit. |

The bobcat is beautiful (is that the same as a lynx?). One thing is very unfortunate, and you already know it and had no control over it, and that's the busy green plant spouting out of his head. I like his environment and the far background almost looks like a semi-abstract painting. Is it? I have the sensation he is indoors. The light (tungsten?) is too warm overall and rather dark in the top right area 7 Journey |
