Hi Buddy!
I'm thinking of getting my hands on Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II for my Canon 20D. How good this lens is?
Thanks.

wish the DOF was just a touch longer. The eyes fade out of focus. Otherwise, an excellent image. Love the composition. 7 - good luck in the challenge! |

the mouth reminds me of something out of jurassic park. very cool. the eyes are very soft...perhaps this was your intention. it definitely got my attention for a few moments-6 |

If the focus plane would extend all the way back to the eyes this would be a perfect picture. I know how difficult that can be with a beak pointing towards you, but the eyes are just so critical in this sort of things.
Good luck /7 |

I went to high school with a guy who looked a lot like this. On a technical note, the DOF is a little shallow for my tastes; I'd prefer to see his eyes in sharp focus as well.

Stop it your're scaring me! This would have been great if you had the eyes in sharp focus instead of the beak. Still nice though;) |

It looks pretty menacing, wouldn't want to put it in a bad mood. |

Ha haaa, this one makes me smile. Nice detail in the beak and eye but DOF may be just a touch too shallow as I'd also like detail in the fur on the head and neck. |

A "so darn ugly it's cute" kind of bird...those eyes are amazing! |

more "beak of an emu" - greater DoF with beak and eyes in focus might have been more interesting. |

Cool guy! Good use of shallow dof. perhaps a little blown hl on the beak, otherwise very good! |
