There are a lot of blurred abstracts like this in this challenge. The diffeence between yours and most of the others is that yours has exceptional quality and 'clarity' for a blurred image. It is a nice technical achievement and should score high because of it. Removing the noise from the composition was a good idea. You have superior tonal range.

fun angle. good shot. i appreaciate the risk you are taking by entering this into the challenge even though you may get bombarded with "out of focus" comments.

Sad and frightening. I like it.
I do however feel that some grain or noise would add more character to the image. I think it's a bit too smooth to create the full impact since you're not really talking of peace and calm here.
It works the way it is, but, an opinion.
