I find this quite a pretty shot because of its overall softness and the delicate glow on the woman's skin. The shadow crossing her chest is too extensive probably caused by her knees, a light angled to gently light that area would help.

lacks detail for my taste, stuff like shrouds, maybe half a face mask, black nail polish, a vase with dead flowers, I dunno...
You figure it out.

Sorry for the form-letter type commentary. I̢۪m going to try to give almost everyone at least this breakdown to start. I would be happy to offer a more detailed opinion if you would like, though I don̢۪t consider myself a very knowledgeable photographer.
Here is how I broke down my score for your submission.
Content: 1/4 (Is the subject compelling? Does the choice of content match the challenge?)
Composition: 2/2 (Is the work well balanced and successful?)
Color/Light: 1/2 (Is light and or color used with skill and artistic intent?)
Clarity: 1/2 (Is the picture in focus? Are the elements clear?)

Nice soft focus, but I feel the overall photo is a bit flat. It needs more contrast in the majority of the frame.

Great soft-focus entry. Lovely 'warm' lighting does justice to the scene
