This was taken on my way to work just on the edge of a lake. This area is a big nesting area for different type of birds but as you can tell seagull’s unfortunately decided to take main stage. I was going for a little humour in this one... just cause I needed some.

Very funny! Nice shot... feels almost surreal.

A great picture with lots of interest and somewhat unusual too but... processing is hurting it a lot for me. Huge halo right around sign and pole and each bird in the sky. Lots of banding in the skyt oo. Improving your post processing skills would give biggest boost to your results based on this image. 6

A deeper DOF would have helped this image, as would a slightly sharper focus. The USM artifacts and the obvious halo around the sign are distracting.

Seagulls, The new vermin. Great shot which, unlike a lot of the "pretty" entries, has a story or something to say. great work.

great location. i assume you chose this take due to the sqawking one in the foreground. i want to change something about the airborne ones, but you obviously didn't have a choice at that point. maybe clone out the one closest to the land? after the challenge i would definitely photoshop him closer to the sign. there seems to be a bit of haloing around everything in the sky...i don't care-8

Very funny. Like this kind of sign ignoring shot. Nice dof used. Pleasing colors. Good luck in this challenge.

LOL. Great humor! The sign really adds to the shot. Only suggestion is try to get rid of the "auras" around the birds in the sky.

give you an 8 its a good idea but has no real piont of interest the gull in front would have made it if you hadnt cut himin half.
