 Adjustments: Crop, altered the green background hue, and applied a curves adjust. Ran through Neat Image, resized and applied lots of selective USM to the bird only.

This is a gray catbird.

Very nice focus. I think there's a green color cast, at least on my monitor.. shifting the color balance just a tad should fix that. Very nice composition, and good timing!

Lovely clarity, nice simple composition, lovely shallow DOF on both the rope and to blur out background, which is lovely too and contrasts well with the bird. Nice light in his eye too. Very nice. 8
