Great DOP\selective focus. Good positioning in the frame. Nice soft lighting with just enough intensity to bring out the sheen of the feathers and the yellow flash on the shoulder. Nice tranquil scene. Hope it scores well for you.

The bird's feathers are extrememely bright and beautiful.

Looks like the camera focussed on the left wing/shoulder of the bird and not on the bird's eye. Remember that depth of field is very small when working close with stronger telephoto lenses. Using a lens at 300mm at f/5.6 with a 1.6x DSLR crop factor at a working distance of 6 ft creates a depth of field of only 0.2 inches (5mm). The colours are very good on this shot.
