Not a 100% what the image is trying to say here, I think the two main objects distract from centre object. Close up the aperture and use a longer shutter ?

i have no idea what this is and the title doesn't help. also, sorry, i don't really feel 'darkness' with this shot and the title cements that feeling.

Image is confusing with title for me. I like the gold glow on the out of focus parts, but don't know how to relate the in-focus part to the title.
