| [Comment only] I've been staring at this picture for a few minutes and I can't quite figure out if the ants are carting away a piece of plant or if that's some kind of worm/grub. Maybe it's a grub. It doesn't look like any plant I can think. The shadows detract from the image but there's not much you could have done for that. Flash wouldn't work at such a close range. Maybe if you had a macro light... Great spur of the moment capture. |
