Taken inside one of the greenhouse/solarium type buildings. It was very shady inside and this little bird walked right in front of my stroller and plopped himself down right in this big patch of sunlight in the middle of the bridge.... made for an interesting road block of sorts. :-)

again the photo says alot about the photograper...it doesnt matter whether it is taken straight from your camera or created in photo shop...your photos reveal a warmth and understanding from deep within you...as a viewer i always find them very welcoming

Thanks Ray! I thought it might be quail of some sorts but wasn't sure. :-)

FYI that's a female Bobwhite Quail, Jennifer. Interesting shot on the sunlit wood floor.

Love the warm golden tones. If you used a filter or not, I like it very much.

A lot of warmth & mood captured here. Simple & clean.
After looking at it few times, it sorta' grows on you (me).

Thanks Dahkota! I actually didn't do anything to the colors with this photo. Those are straight out of the camera. Just a really nice, warm moment. I did try a couple diffrent crops but none seemed to make much of a difference so I left it as is. There is actually very little processing to this, just a little dodge & burn to bring out more of the textures in the boards.

love the color tones you used - it really does add warmth. Not sure about the crop but I thought about it and not sure how it could be improved either. maybe taking out some of the left. really no clue. Detail is very good. I enjoy looking at this - well done!
