Buzzmom, i gave a 4. I felt that you could have gotten the model to suck a little of the spit off thier teeth before taking the picture. As other comments have stated, its a little difficult to look at and appriciate. The contrast is good, the actual braces could probably have been sharper.
If this was my picture, i would have rotated it so that the braces formed a fairly straight line across the picture, rather than sloping down wards - it is amazing what a differents a coulpe of degrees of rotation can give you.

Whoa! That's a lot of liquid refreshment! But, it's a unique entry to the challenge. A little tilted to the right, though.

ewww, maybe dry the teeth first. Focus is soft but I'm sure this was no easy shot to take, probably would have been cool shooting someone in the chair with the Dr. about to put them in the patients mouth, but anyway...

Good luck

hmmmmm this one could have been fabulous in my book if only more of the teeth were showing or you adjusted the composition more to one side ..

Nice closeup, just a little unhorizontal

The metal braces are not in very sharp focus, and that makes this not very appealing.

Sorry, good idea but the saliva is grossing me out. I would have liked to have seen it either straighter horizontally, or a bigger angle if that's what you were going for.

OMG! Yuck! Thank God I already ate. I would give you a 0 if I could but I guess you will have to get a 1 by default.

Nice job! I like that it is black and white. Lets all the details really show. Also like the fact that it is just two teeth and not the whole mouth.
