Greetings from the Critique Club.
I must admit that I may be a bit biased here......I love blue. I like the different shades in the background, I think they compliment the subject well.
As far as meeting the challenge, I don't think it does. If it wasn't for the title that is.
Good composition and overall feel. I like it but it would have perhaps done better in another challenge. If you have any comments or questions about this critique, please feel free to PM me.

| The lighting is very good in this photo. Interesting use of the marble/glass ball. Picture though doesn't relaly draw me into itself as I'm trying to find a focal point to it. You used negative space, but I think it needs to be more to make the ball more of a focus. |

I can't believe how much this looks like another entry in this challenge, "Biorb". There is no way you didn't collaborate with that photographer.
Great image though, one of the best in the challenge. Very sharp, simple, and bold. |

| I like this shot and find it very interesting. I find the upper part a little distracting with the color change (looks red - possible reflection?). Could have been a little brighter. 9 |
