A latex alien head made by Steven Laffery (great propmaker now at Manchester Royal Exchange Theatre)

Taken in front of a theatrical starcloth

PP - Just cooled down the theatre (warm) lighting and slight crop. Burned shadows in eyes to make them more "glassy"

Just for fun, no idea how this will score.

I gave this a much higher placement. I stand by my 9. Really well done.

a deeper depth of field may have helped make the stars look a little more like stars than white dots.

Excellent set up! If eyes would be more in focus it could be perfect.

I like the way you lit that critter - gives a good sense of depth and dimension.

Really well done! I wonder how you got the circular little sparkes. I hope you explained how you did it. Very "fantasy world" like :)

Definitely think this is the best of the 'character' shots in the challenge. I do like the look of it. I would clone out what look to be the 2 fingers, as they do not appear to be attached to the body, and add nothing to the photo.
