I really like the composition here. It looks like the horse is going to keep coming right off the screen into my room. Focus is nice and sharp. What I like best is that this photo looks natural - straight out of the camera - not processed. 10 |

Looks like Thoroughbred Park, Lexington, KY. Nice composition, bad day for light. |

I think the composition is good, but I would have liked it more if it didn't seem it was in the shadows. (Maybe re-take it at a different time in the day?) |

Good try at this location. I have tried several times and been frustrated by the back drops.
I like the way you picked out this one horse and rider. Maybe a more narrow depth of field would help the statue stand out. Just narrow enough to slightly blur the wall and the trees. |

Very nice subject - I would have liked it better if I could have seen al 4 legs (has it got 4 legs?) but the colours are just right. |

Not very clear and also very dark. I think you needed to shallow up the depth of field in order to concentrate more on the statue. The background detracts from the image. |

...the three legged horse! Good job not burning the sky out. |

Nice shot - perhaps a bit of motion while taking the photo (you know, move and create slight blur) would have added some interest. Also, with shots like this, I like to create more space where the "Actor" is looking - it gives an invisible line for our eyes to follow. |
