Shot as found at my job.

I was working late, watching the demolition contractor shore up the roof so he could take down walls, and I was looking for something to shoot for this metal challenge. I found lots of stuff - it's a friggin' construction site! But, what I liked the most were lines created by this ductwork staged for the next day's work.

Post processing involved conversion to grayscale, levels, curves, and USM. No cropping or rotation, but I did add the border...my camera isn't that good.

Missed this one during the challenge. Very cool abstract. It took a good eye to spot this in a mundane workplace.

Nice symmetrical study, like the light falling only on top of ducts...well done

Interesting geometry, and one of few occaisions where the border really helps complete the image

wow! this is great. i like the contrast and the clarity of the shapes--it's cool that they are "almost" geometric, but not quite... nicely composed, well balanced. and the frame complements it.
