 This very large sheet metal bucket is the symbol used by Klamath basin farmers in the ongoing conflict for irrigation water usage in drought conditions. The environmentalist group want the lake level water kept higher to save the endangered Sucker fish species. Water use is regulated by the Government. A couple years ago U.S Marshals were sent in to prevent flood head gates at the dam from being opened by unknown persons. The farmers then formed a bucket brigade for obtaining water from Lake Klamath. This large bucket has toured the Western States listed on the front of it, where similar water usage conflict is also being experienced. The bucket now resides in front of the Klamath County (Oregon) courthouse.

Crop, obtain sepia in PhotoShop Elements 3 by desaturation, decrease blue, darken shadows, lighten highlights, decrease saturation, sharpen, save for the Web.
