Hollowed out golf ball crushed in my garage vice all afternoon. I then glued ball to the tee(you can see the glue, I know) and place the metal driver against the ball to give the illusion that the ball is being crushed on impact

Nice idea, the ball looks like it was maybe smashed a little to get this effect, I think a real one would only be flattened on the side hitting the club and not have the cracks at the bottom...not marking down for that.

Good luck

I would have liked to see the full club head, but otherwise, great capture!

the only thing that would add to this is some motion 9

A little more effort to make it seem real would perhaps made it more interesting. As it stands it just a little boring.

Wonderfully composed picture. The type that every golf fan will want in their bar. The only quibble is that the back end of the "wood/metal" is cropped.

the ball looks distorted ...

as a real golf ball would not turn its shape as such when hit by a golf club, so I can safely assume that this is a smart setup to make the ball appear to as if its being hit at the moment this photo is shot. anyway, a real golf ball being hit, it would only affect the area being hit rather than "balanced" on both sides of the ball as shown on your photo.

What happened to the ball??? This would have being a 10 if the photo was not distorted. ... well done and good luck

Hmm. The proportions are off which hurt the overall effect.
