As I was driving, I saw this car in front of me and started shooting my camera. I used shq setting, hard focus, high contrast, and compensated exposure by -1.0. In my microsoft picture it publishing program I changed the shot to B&W, cropped, resized, adjusted contrast, focus and brightness.

Love these cars, the black and white is great, the noise/grain is a tiny bit overpowering, but adds to the obselete feel. Good catch.

You were kind enough to leave me a very useful comment. I'm sorry I missed your pic during voting but I think you made a good capture. The grain and the b&w improve this pic giving it the old time feel. If only you could have taken one with no other cars in the frame! Improving contrast may have given it more impact but equally could have taken away from the old feel. Good luck, keep on commenting and youi'll break that 5 barrier soon.

Good composition. IMHO contrast is lacking and it has to much grain.

I like the way you have put grain into the picture to give an antiquated feel to the shot

little grainy, nice choice of b/w, wish the truck wasn't there. - And the ribbon above the tire either, seems out of place.

A bit overexposed.

nice shot. maybe a polarizer wouldve help with the reflection through the windshield. maybe bump up the contrast a little...but i like the grainy look.

Like the grain. I think I'd like it better without the pickup truck...maybe?

I wouldn't say this old girl is obsolete. My '30 is way more reliable than my modern car!!! Nice pic.

idea is good...the pickup inthe BG is distracting to my eye. the grain, while generally something i can accept i find distracting here.

Looks like an old photograph. That white pickup kind of spoils it for me.
