Strangely enough, I feel that this would work better without the shore at the top of the frame.

Leading lines generally have two purposes. One is to lead the vierwer into the scene which your does. The other is to lead you toward the main subject. In this image the lines themselves appear to be the main subject.

Good idea, it just needs to snap more maybe a brighter day, more contrast.
