 when i read the challenge subject i immediately had to think about this greenhouse not far from where i live just across the German border in this area called ' de selfkant' where i take about 60% of all my images
i was there last winter and took some nice images from this greenhouse and shadowplay as it was a sunny wintersday
plenty of lines
so i decided to go back there for the challenge and after i took some shots from the outside of the greenhouse i decided to go and ask if i could maybe have some images from the inside
i did not have high expectations but the owners a fairly young couple they didn t mind at all and let me have totally my way
so i wandered there for about an hour ..the climate was pleasant and the cucumbers green ..it was nice (it was paradise)
i took about 20 shots but did not feel like i had that one shot i really liked
i thanked the owner and was about to leave when the man called me back and proposed to have some more shots from up on a ladder he was offering..i immediately agreed and did another 20 shots from up on the ladder and these were much better..all of them..i picked this one
i had a good time and experienced some very easy going people
i left with a cucumber or 2 and the promise to show him the results if they turned out good
so here it is.. the rest is up to u..i dont expect no ribbon but a nice 6 would be real nice

i admit reading the comments and looking at this image again the leading lines are not that strong
here this outtake wich has stronger leading lines but is less of an image is why i did not sent it

An interesting image with lots of strong lines, although I don't find them leading me in any particular direction.

I really like the patterns formed by the structure, but they move in so many different directions, they do not lead the eye anywhere. Perhaps less of the structure and more of the vegetation and pillars in this photo would help.

Lots of lines. But my eye doesn't seem to be "led" to any particular focal point. Very interesting, though.
