**critique club**
great job on this shot. a macro AND a leading line to boot.
this photo has a very appealing composition to it. coloring is great (although a true black and white with some more contrast and, perhaps, noise would be fun to see too).
other than trying some different color variations, i don't know what else i can do to help you improve upon this. it's really well-done. |

Nice use on the shallow dof. Cool image, and good luck (ends in 6 minutes!) |

excellent old time feel. technique and tone is perfect in my mind. almost too good as the exceptional focus seems to highlight a bit of fuzz at the end of the third ring. |

There seem to be some spots of dust in the in-focus portion of the picture. Perhaps these could be cloned out, as I feel that simplicity is a strong point here and the dust spoils that a bit. |

Interesting, would work better in an abstract challenge, but great picture. |

Took me a minute to figure out what this was, and now that I have, I think it's an even more interesting photo. I like the unusual viewpoint, and I love the DOF that you've chosen. Very nice. |

Ooooh I hate those machines! Can never get them to work properly. Probably too much paper.
As for the photo. I like the abstractness of it. Somehpow missing a subject though. The eye goes in & gets lost. |
