Great IR shot, i gave this a 9. You picked a great scene here with trees and water and clear skies which are all perfect for infrared. The coolpix 950 is pretty good for ir and you have the colours very nice. Wind can be a real pain at these slow shutter speeds. This makes me wanna see more of your ir work as you know what works.

I'm not so sure this is an effective leading lines shot, but that said, this is a GORGEOUS photo!! Great capture!

The reflection in the water really sets this off.

A super scene. The leading lines are not very clear to me.

Ooh, I like this! This effect is great here. The reflections are beautiful and I like how clean everything (including the sky) is.

Just getting familiar with infared photography, obviously some are better than others. This one is nice because of them being near the water/reflexion.

Beautiful image, but the line is ineffective... my eyes were immediately drawn to the trees.

I really like how the water looks so smoothe and glass-like.

I keep coming back to look at this one. I really like it. Something about the vivid white of the trees against the dark sky and water. I have to admit, though, that I keep struggling to pick up on the "leading lines" aspect of it.

It is one of my favorites from this challenge, even if I'm having trouble making it 'fit'. well done.

Great IR shot, leaves slightly blurred because i guess slow shutter speed. I`d be interested to know what camera you used. Good luck.9.

It's a pretty image, but the IR effect is being used and featured a bit too often lately on the site. I'll score this as I will because I do like it, but I'm frankly getting jaded to the IR. 7

Snow in summer time? ;^) Cute, but I prefer color (or even B/W) to infrared.

Oh that Hoya IR filter is getting good use! I really like the effect. I'm not convinced that this is a great example of leading lines however. The edge of the pond (Shoreham perhaps?) leads the eye in some respects but is not strong enough to be the key element as defined by the challenge (IMHO). It does make me want an IR filter however :) Good luck

The picture is absolutely amazing. I love the contrast of white and blue. The leaves look like ice, beautiful. Just don't see how it connects with lines.

good tones, a touch soft. daring to follow an IR winner with an IR shot. based on the challenge i know that you were shooting a line of trees but your composition doesn't give me a strong focal point. i think you want me looking at the second big tree, though i'm not sure why
