Last minute- not much to say. Not "Lines", but a line. It's alright.

This is one shot where I think that everything should be in focus. A gretter DOF is needed here. Since you did not list your aperture setting it is difficult for me to give you a suggestion on what number you should have picked. It looks like you picked a macro setting which is why some of the felt and a small portion of the cue stick is the only items with focus.

I also think that the shadows are fine but this would have looked better to me taken from the opposite angle. I think that it would look better with the white ball in the upper left and corner and the cue stick pointing up at it. It would have been nice to also see the detail of the blue chalk on the tip.

I think that the colors are great and the the subject you choice is wonderful. This was a very creative idea. I looked at your portfolio and you have a great eye and photography talent. I hope that this was helpful.

the shadows are too strong for my tastes

The lighting/shadows are a little harsh for my tastes. Might look better with a more diffused light source.

A good idea, although I find the ball's shadow a bit harsh and would like to see the ball a bit sharper.

Focus seems to be in the wrong place, but the composition is pretty good.

Great idea though I think it may have worked better looking down the cue at the ball with the rest of the table in the background.
