This is the chair of my son. He used to love it but he as now grown up (he's 5!) and doesn't use it anymore. The grey thing is a garbage collector.
Thanks for the great variety of comments!

Don't know what your intent was for this photo, but it made me think of people who throw their babies in the dumpster. Very sad. Regardless of your intentions, it was an emotinally disturbing/evocative piece.

Interesting red chair, but I don't know what this is about, I don't understand the title, and I don't know what is obsolete here.

I'm sorry, but I don't get it. Perhaps it is due to the fact that it is a statement particularly relevant to Europe, Asia, or other areas outside the USA. It's a cute pic - don't get me wrong - but I just don't understand how this translates to viable entry to the current challenge. I know that there needs to be leeway given to the artist when representing "his/her" interpretation of the challenge topic, but I just don't get this one. Again, I'm sorry, (because I don't do this often) but I can't score it above a 2.

Who used to love you? I don't get the photo. Which is the subject? What does the title mean? I think the shot of the chair alone would have been better.

interesting relationship between objects and muted background environ...... a nice limited palette and colour looks quite good.

I don't know what this is ... so it must be obsolete! For postmodern weirdness, it gets an 8 - feel free to tell me what's going on here!

I like the saturation of the 2 red objects.
