| what are the speckles on your background? They're slightly distracting, as is the hole in the lower cheque. Swapping them over might have helped. |

| perhaps an old inkwell or quill pen would have enhandes this composition. as it is, it is a documentary shot of 2 old checks on a desk. No story, no emotion. |

| I think this would be better with a black bakground so that the viewer can focus more on the beautiful colors of the cancelled checks. 7. |

| Good subject for the challenge, but as a photo, It could use some work. The lighting really flattens thses checks out. Consider side light to provide more texture. |

| if this were photographic scavanger hunt, you would win, these are VERY cool. But from a photographic standpoint they are simply 2d objects, and a hard thing to photograph in interesting ways. maybe a softer yellow light with an antique wood background - hope that helps you see why I scored this low |
