A pair of jump ropes, tied together and not used anymore. Computers' and computer games have taken their place. The entry isn't very creative, I know, and it's probably going to get blasted outta the water. But it's a statement about the times we live in. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Post; cropping. Adjustments to, brightness, saturation, contrast and sharpening.

Good crop, but the subject lacks interest. (maybe a close up on the neat worn wood!). Good luck.

This was a great idea - I like the concept of the ropes hanging unused. THe colors don't "pop" for me though, so I wonder if a little more contrast would have helped. The composition and lighting are a little dull - perhaps use a strong light to highlight the ropes more, and then get some shadows on the wall?

OK so the ropes meet the challenge, I will admit that, but the image is so dreary. No play with lighting, no story, no action, nothing except a bit of rope on a wall.
I do wish people would not just think of the challenge title, but would put some thought into producing something which is pleasing to look at too.

Great idea, but the yellow spot on the wall is a little distracting
