FIRST IMPRESSION: Colorful and inspiring.

CHALLENGE: Meets the challenge.

COMPOSITION: Your composition of these shots as a group is outstanding... I like the progression to outstretched arms, as well as the variation between zooms/crops. Individually, the shots are also well-composed with the exception of the center shot, which in my opinion is cropped too closely to the elbow.

TECHNICAL: Technical aspects are flawless. I love the way you metered this to get a perfect sunset and a silhouette of the girl.

CONCLUSION: One of the better entries to this challenge.

Thanks for sharing and good luck in future challenges!

Great shot. I love the title to it. This would look great on a wall to give courage to someone.

A single frame of one of these shots would work out pretty well, but together it just becomes redundant, and nothing seems to be gained by the repetition, since they each have a different background, but they all still look pretty much the same.

is she being mugged? is this a POW? (both at sunset ;-) the photos are very nicely done, but i don't think your taking full enough advantage of the ability to tell a story versus the same idea three times. (ie: looking at big hill, climbing big hill, triumph at the top, or in a starting position, running, winning the race (all with the sunset in the background of course).

I like everything about the concept, color, composition, but would like to try it with white separators between the photos as well.

I love this - graphically appealing as an abstract, emotionally resonant too. Nice, spare design.

Very nice! Love the abstract of it, and the great background colors of each shot. Whoops, you cropped the middle pic a little too much (elbow). 8.

Subject in the middle has their right arm cropped at the elbow - is distracting.

Very nice silhouette. I'm not sure that you need three images that are so similar, though. It does give a feeling of success!

This is really interesting but I think it would be stronger with three more different poses, all in silhouette. Perhaps from left to right, with arms low, half way up and all the way raised? Or, if the model could manage it, the same pose with different sunset colours behind. I also think it might be stronger with black separators between the three images.

Very inventive, creative shooting. The colors are great. I see a few things I'd change, but they are very minor. Good job.

Beautiful colours, well put together. One nitpicky comment, I think the composition would be better if all three pictures had no horizon line, like the one in the middle. Also, the middle picture might be centered a bit more. Good job!

Perhaps the poses are a little to similar very stylish though

Excellent colors and sillhouette. What happened in the middle image? The colors are all gone. :) I like the changing perspective and the story it tells.
