| neat. both the pen and typewriter were some of the first things to pop in my head when i saw this challenge, but it didn't occur to me to use both with the contrasting keyboard. nice idea. the lighting from below and above is nice, i would have preferred no shadows on the keyboard. |

| Nice staging though I find the lack of light in the lower right to take away from the shot maybe it is the richness of color on the left verses the blandness of the right not sure. |

| Nice comparison shot. Lighting is decent, but needs some work. I am having the same problem trying to set my lights when doing studio shots. Can't give you any guidance, because I haven't mastered lighting either. |

| nice comparison shot. the only thing i dont care for is the lighting on the computer keyboard. the typewriter looks gorgeous but the keyboard looks blah...7 |

| Nice interretation of the challenge. The backlight is a nice idea, but is a bit overwhelming in the biddle of the imge. |

I like the idea however I feel that the composition is too static with the dividing line between the typewriter and the keyboard being right down the middle. Having this dividing line on the diagonal I think would make the image more dynamic.
The lighting is pretty sweet though there is one hot spot on the typewriter. 6 |
