On the eve of the G8 summit

Dont know if these wristbands have swept across the USA the same way as here in the UK, if not no one in the states will have a clue what this is and it'll bomb.

Not obviously a circle but then again so obviosly is...... I think it's really an image of right here, right now, summer 2005 and the G8 summit.

Yes, it probably could have been taken better with better lighting etc etc.

Used a Sigma Archromatic Macro Lens filter thingy borrowed from a mate.

Basically the circle isnt very prominent so it'll probably bomb.

This is an interesting circle. So many circles really.
The white is a bit hard to the eyes but I like the shape and the different idea.
good luck in the challenge! 9

Great Idea slightly less than great execution. Its a little odd but I can see how it would be a dificult image to perfect. maybe a less shiny surface would have done the trick.
good job though.

this just does not strike me as a great shot. Not sure what exactly, but it is just too plain and does nothing for me.

white on white isn't working, simply because the middle is a litte washed up and there is a slight reflection

Maybe the poor countries should start marketing & selling these bracelets to make money. I like the light on white concept.

Simple comment...

good idea. slightly bigger DoF would work better. more copntrast might have shown up the reflection better and generally had more impact.

Simply blown out in the midde... I believe this is one of those rubber 'cause' bracelets, and that would be a circle. The only focal circles in the shot are the 'O's in the words.

Looks good at thumbnail size, disappointing focus full size. The word "make" is also important in my view. Not showing a circle is unimportant in this instance

I really like the idea behind this picture, just not sure about how washed out it looks
