 Field shot with morning sunlight. Neat image 'sharpen slightly out of focus image' used. Some minor overexposed areas (on the long abdomen and on the straw) were corrected using the burn tool and/or patch tool in PS. Saturation increased slightly (8%).

Great shot! Unique pose too. Beautiful colors & background. Highlights on the blue areas are a little strong (IMHO), but hard not to give this one a high mark. 7

7 - Yes nice capture. More 'fore focus'. I like the way the wings are going the same direction as the 'wheat'. Somehow if that was emphasised it might give another edge to the picture.

This is right up there with about as good a macro shot as you can get. The colors on the bug and every little detail are just amazing.

Facing the dragonfly and having the eyes in perfect focus would, for me, garner a higher score. Good luck.
