A little more DOF to get the nose in focus would have improved this image, IMO |

Is that one of those ugly cane toads? The white shadow behind his left eye is a little distracting, but still a compelling picture. |

I love the dead center face view of this frog. The colors are vibrant and there's good depth of field. The bit of glare on the left was distractring to me but I liked the neutral gradient background!
Very well done! |

Pity that the snout is out of focus. |

Interesting DOF. His eyes ARE neat, however, I would like to see more defined edges around the frog. I like the muted colors in the background. |

This frog seems to have a cute expression, but it looks like the tip of his mouth is not quite in focus with the rest of his face. |

Ha! nice composition...greater depth of field would have helped a lot here. The eyes are perfect but the kisser is out of focus. nice lighting and the colors are as well. |

I like the off center placement of this. And I also like the shallow DOF, but I feel like it might have been better if his nose had been in focus. I could be wrong though... the way it is seems to make his eyes stand out. |

Great sharpness, but it would have looked better verticle to me. To much open space to left. |

7 - Good. Even without the 'snout' in focus, I still think this is good, however for me, probably with it in focus, it would be 'better'. |

Well hello there!!! I love his expression. His mouth being blurred is a tad distracting, but otherwise a good capture. Details of his eyes is good. |
