I would have liked to see the whole circle. Interesting action.

a slightly faster exposure would have frozen the motion better. The white clothes are already overexposed, so you it looks like there was enough light to go faster.

For this contest everyone who has the word âcircleâ in their title is getting a lower score. This is a copy and paste version that I am including in every photo that I downgrade due to the title. We as members of DPchallenge know the topic of the challenge â we do not need to reread the topic every time we reach a photo. If circle is in the title and it is appropriate I will most likely not down grade, but it better be good. I am sorry if you do not agree with my method of protest â but scores are all I have.

Although there is a circle in the photo I don't feel that it is dominant. i would also like to see a little more stop action. It seems a bit blown out in the highlights as well.

I like the idea of this photo and the shadows on the floor are wonderful. Overall, on my screen anyway, the picture seems oversharpened and cropped too close at the top. Maybe you had difficulty getting the circle on the floor and the people on the edge all in the frame - I can appreciate that. Then try to catch the action as well, huh. 6

I like the concept here. I would have loved to see this with a faster shutter to stop some of that motion blur -- maybe not all of it, but some at least. It would have been great to get this without all the white-clad spectators behind too -- it's difficult to see the two participants -- especially the one on the left. 4

Very bad exposure control here - the whites are totally blown, much too contrasty. I'm guessing you had to push this a long way to get the speed.
