Greeting from the Critique Club, mk :)
Composition: A good composition in general, but I would cut a bit more from uneasy white at the top and the mostly empty space at the bottom. A landscape format instead of the quadratic one also would strengthen the good perspective.
Lighting/Colours: Looks a bit overexposured (e.g. the screws in the front) but that also could be the high contrast. Black&white works good for this subject.
Focus: The focus is good in my opinion. The DOF shouldn't be any wider. Could be even more shallow for my taste. I like it when there is blur in the front and the back of the photo and only the middle in focus.
Challenge: A classic subject for this theme which certainly meets the challenge.
Creativity: It's an interesting pattern you captured, very abstract. But I'm not particularly a train fan, so the subject is not so inspiring to me.

The depth of field here is excellent. I think the blacks could be a tiny bit richer. |

Excellent photo, the thumbnail does not do it justice. |

fabulous commposition, I love the patterns. There is a real sense of "chugging along" and working hard. Teeny bit more contrast between the train and the ground would have been grand, but great nonetheless. |

Nice black and white. I wouldn't have known what it was if it wasn't for the title. I would have shot just a hair more to the left. Nice detail. I really like this one. |

I'm glad this picture tells me what I'm looking at, because I wouldn't know otherwise. Very nice composition and use of lighting. |

Nice texture, contrast and symetry. The viewer is led very nicely into the picture. |

I think that this is a really nice perspective shot of transportation and the border is well chosen. |
