All the farmers around here are making hay right now. Only a few are useing the circular bales, most have switched to the huge rectangular bales. Several years ago the circular bales were more popular. I would think the circular bales would be harder to stack.

You have one color that seems to dominate the whole photo, all I see is green. This might look great in a high contrast B&W? Or maybe compose it so you get a little sky in the shot?

A bit bland for my taste. Maybe some more pop to the colors would help.

I like that you got the hay bales while there was still some color to them... it adds an element of interest, along with alternating circles of green-ish and tan-ish. Nice DOF too... 8 for now.
