Subject Impact: Low - Your subject is not appealing, looks like a snapshot
Meets Challenge: Average - Because there are circle visible but not dominate
Technical: Low - Bad lighting, out of focus, white balance problem, noisy, and blown colors.
Composition: Average - Rule of thirds used fairly well
Creativity: Low - Seems to be a quick shot to enter.

| I think a tripod would have come in handy. Looks like you have some shake. |

over saturated, out of focus. Need to use a tripod for these kind of shots, really. White baalnce all off (too much yellow).
For all that, I quite like it. |
