This pic I see is intended as social comment, though some what isolated from environmental context, not entirely. I think it is acceptable as much as a sculpture would be acceptable..... I think the dq ruling as literal representation might apply only if intention to deceive a viewer is absolutely pronounced and demonstrated. Not so on this foto. The beauty of graffiti is the tenacity - that it keeps getting reborn even after being erased, covered, painted over and DQ'd..... |

I see the circles, but I don't think they are the real focal point of the object. |

It may be graffiti, I think this is too close to a simple, literal representation of a work of art. |
