 Look at all them there circles! It's a French Press, some Foldgers vanilla coffee, a giant cup of coffee (actually Nescafe instant...who knew?) and a saucer.

Processing involved a levels layer, conversion to greyscale and then quadtone, USM, resizing, then USM again.

Yes I drank the coffee. No I haven't cleaned up yet.

I feel that this image has too much contrast. The black implements in this still life have lost all definition and the white is overpowering.

Great for the challenge. The darkness of the photo makes the details obscure. A little work on better lighting would make this really stand out.

a morning circular party. This is what photography can bring to the public. Creativity and like some comedians, bring the obvious into focus.

Nice idea, and good color choice. I think the graphic elements are not well enough placed or arraigned to take the image from cluttered to interesting. 5

My coffee addiction forces me to vote this great idea and well taken photo very high. Although the press makes strong coffee, it leavea a little too much sediment for me :)
