Is it one of those crystal balls things, can't think of the name. where you touch it and the current of electricity goes towards your finger??

It's funny my first thought was-what is it? then I scroll down and that's the title, so no I haven't figured it out and considering I don't know what it is I'm not sure how good the pic is. The flower is awesome so This prob is too, once I figure out What it is.
