 I took my friend to the driving-range and finally came up with this one. I think she caught it on the toe of the club, but at least it's going forward!
I have gained a lot more respect for the good sports photographers - this is not easy!

How did he get the timing right? That ball is travelling! I like the composition - it accents the idea of movement.
