the hands are great, the remote confuses an otherwise strong shot here. I'd like to see more of the hands on a darker background - maybe a selective desat leaving the rings in color? These hands have seen a lot, shoot them often - there's some great shots there

The remote and the background make this feel very 50's to me

like the concept but don't understand the remote being in the photo.

The hands are very good but I find this remote control a distraction and I don't see the purpose having it there. I also think the background might be better. Nice shot though, good luck!

Good capture. I don't know if he is lovingly patting her hand and sharing the remote, or telling her to get it off the remote? 9

This is cute, very touching. B&W is strong here. Maybe the best entry I've seen yet!

This is pretty good. There are a lot of textures in this photo. I think the fabric in the sofa is a little overwhelming and subtracts from the potential in this shot. A softer less textured surface would have been perfect.

Beautiful shot & sentiment. IMHO, it's a little odd that their hands are over a remote control, but I guess it also adds to the air of a simple, familiar 2nd honeymoon and a lifetime of love. Great DOF and I like the use of BW. There is a glare on the bottom of the remote that is a bit distracting, but otherwise I think this is a great shot! 8

The hands show a lot of detail, gives the feeling of long life and wisdom. But the remote control is a horrible distraction to that feeling. I don't understand it being included in this composition.

Completely charming...the B & W is so very nice...the skin is so alive...it's so nice to see some skin that actually looks real and hasn't been neat imaged and diffused to death...I also love what the title implies...a little wink and a smile...this is so about love and closeness..nicely done and here's to hoping this does very well.

I'm not sure what it is, whether it is the gary tone scale, lack of color, or the closeness of the crop - but somehting is missing here. I'm sorry I cannot be mroe helpful in pointing out what it is.

CUTE! I wish the remote weren't even there. I love the textures of the hands. Nice contrast and the light hitting the wedding ring is a nice touch.

I hope that you're not spending your second honeymoon fighting over the remote! This really doesn't give the feeling of family for me. I do love the detail you have captured in the hands and texture of the fabric.-6
